Notes to Customers

一、 除非寰宇家庭有限公司取得閣下的同意，否則寰宇家庭有限公司並不可以使用閣下的個人資料(及把其提供給其獨立銷售承包商與服務供應商(統稱為“其合作伙伴”)，使到寰宇家庭有限公司有所得益)作直接促銷用途。
1. World Family Ltd. may not use (and provide to its independent sales contractors and service providers (collectively referred to as "its business partners") for gain) your personal data in direct marketing without your consent.

二、 閣下的個人資料包括姓名、性別、出生年月、香港身份證號碼、電話號碼、傳真號碼、地址、電郵地址、信用卡資料、銀行戶口資料、配偶及孩子資料。
2. Your personal data includes your name, gender, date of birth, Hong Kong Identity Card number, telephone number, fax number, address, email address, credit card information, bank account information and information of your spouse and children.

三、 寰宇家庭有限公司在取得閣下的同意後，便可使用閣下所提供的個人資料作客戶服務、送貨安排、結賬事宜、追收欠款、會籍服務安排、銷售上述合約(“該合約”)提及的商品、執行和/或履行該合約、進行信貸調查及資料核實、直接促銷及寰宇家庭有限公司不時通知閣下之其他任何用途。
3. Upon your consent, World Family Ltd. may use the personal data you provided for the purposes of providing customer services, delivery services, billing, collecting outstanding payments, membership service arrangements, sale and promotion of products mentioned in the above contract (the "Contract"), enforcing and/or performing the contract, conducting credit checks and data verifications, direct marketing and any other purpose for which World Family Ltd. will notify you of from time to time.

四、 閣下必須提供閣下的個人資料給寰宇家庭有限公司。如閣下不同意寰宇家庭有限公司使用閣下的個人資料(及提供閣下的個人資料給其合作夥伴)，閣下將不能享有部份會籍服務，包括但不限於寰宇家庭雜誌、兒童節及聖誕節禮物、小朋友生日卡。
4. You understand that it is obligatory for you to supply your personal data to World Family Ltd.. If you do not supply your personal data to or consent to the use of (and provision to its business partners) your personal data by World Family Ltd., you will not be entitled to enjoy all member services, including but not limited to World Family Magazine, Gifts for Children’s Day and Christmas, Birthday Cards for kids.

五、 寰宇家庭有限公司及/或其合作夥伴亦可使用閣下的個人資料，透過不同的聯絡方式通知或發送（只限經由本公司通知或發送）有關寰宇家庭有限公司及/或其合作夥伴以下類別之產品及服務推廣資料給閣下作直接促銷，包括教育、親子、飲食、旅遊、招聘／自我增值、銀行／投資／理財、保險、美容、時裝／服飾配襯、健康及保健、社交／購物網站、電腦數碼產品、流動通訊／寬頻、影視／音樂／藝術、報章雜誌／書刊、公關推廣服務、政府／慈善團體及公共服務。閣下亦明白閣下有權(a)向寰宇家庭有限公司查閱及要求改正閣下的個人資料；及(b)隨時要求寰宇家庭有限公司停止在直接促銷中使用閣下的個人資料(或把其提供給其合作夥伴)。閣下可把有關申請/要求連同閣下的姓名、電郵及聯絡電話電郵至[email protected]，客戶服務部收。
5. World Family Ltd. and/or its business partners may use your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing. Information can be delivered to you through various means of communication (by World Family Ltd. itself only). Information includes types of products and services provided by World Family Ltd. and/or its business partners: education, parenting, food, travel, recruitment, personal growth, banking / investment / personal finance, insurance, beauty treatments, fashion/accessories, healthcare, social/shopping websites, computer and electronic products, mobile communication/broadband, movie/music/art, newspapers and magazines, public relations services, government/charity and public services. You also understand that you have the right to (a) request access to and correction of your personal data; (b) require World Family Ltd. to cease to use (or provide to its business partners) your personal data in direct marketing. Such application/request together with your name, email address and telephone number should be sent via email to [email protected] and addressed to the Customer Service Department of World Family Ltd.
